This property's only level outdoor space was a small area under the existing white pergola, not enough room for a little boy almost four years old.
The mahogany deck sits out over a very steep hillside.
The decking is fastened with screws, and the holes plugged. A darker wood is inlayed along the radiating deck seams, making for a perfect joint all the way along.
The strong, slim mahogany railing hardly disrupts the view, yet discourages a little boy from climbing.
