* Dimensions Noted Are The Interior Main Walls

These Asian-Styled Dojo Buildings are Designed Western-Style, with Rafters, Ridge Beam, Rafter Ties, and Modern Connectors instead of Traditional Asian Roof Framing, and feature a Dutch Hip, or Irimoya style Roof, with extended Ridge Beam and wide roof overhangs.

Plans include complete Details for the Roof, Post and Beam Walls, surrounding Engawa (deck), and Sprung Floor Details for the mat area.

We don’t supply any Interior or Exterior Wall Details.
All of our PLANS come with an accurate Materials and Resource List.
I also give very good Support should you need any advice.

* We don’t supply any Engineering Data for our Azumayas, usually not a problem with our smaller structures, but with these two 20′ Azumaya / Dojos Plans, you may need to have a local Architect or Engineer review and stamp the Plans.

We email you the Image Files for each Plan Page. Each of the Page Views you print out at home, and any full sized templates ( if needed ) are taken to a Printers and printed on 1′ wide paper.

Our Dojos can be lengthened, as long as the End Dimension stays the same, by adding the long rafters along the length of the building, as seen with our 12′ x 12′ Azumaya in the animation below.

Our Dojos can be built in a more traditional Japanese style, without using a curved extended Ridge Beam.
