This Chasitsu Plan has 12′ square Inner Walls, and comes in two Configurations. One Version has the wide Roof Overhang, and surrounding Engawa, on all 4 sides, while the other Version has the Roof Overhang Cut- back to 2′ 6″ on 1 Side and 1 End, with the Engawa / wide overhang on 1 side and 1 End only, the better to fit back into a corner of your Property.
